Need to transfer your shares to a new owner?

To change the ownership of your shares at Computershare, you may access Computershare's online transfer application at and follow the on‑screen instructions. You will need to have your 11‑character account number available (i.e., C0123456789). You may also request paper transfer forms from Computershare at 800-305-9404, menu option 4.

Prefer to move your shares to your broker?

Many shareholders enjoy the convenience of consolidating their Prudential shares with other brokerage holdings. Doing so often makes it easier to manage multiple holdings and can facilitate more active proxy voting. In most situations, your broker can initiate the transfer electronically. Please contact your broker directly for more details.

Interested in selling your shares?

If you hold 1,000 or fewer shares in an account at Computershare, you are eligible to participate in a voluntary sales facility offered by Computershare. The fee to sell shares through this program is $11.00 per transaction, plus $0.08 per share sold. The sales facility is completely voluntary and neither Prudential nor Computershare is soliciting or recommending that you sell your shares.
