Prudential's Business Resource Groups
Since 1993, many of our employees have been coming together in Business Resource Groups (BRGs). These groups, which are open to all employees, serve as networks for promoting individual professional development, while helping the company achieve its business objectives.

Abled & Disabled Associates Partnering Together (ADAPT)

Abled & Disabled Associates Partnering Together (ADAPT) ADAPT is a network of Prudential Financial employees, some of whom have either a disability (hearing, vision, mobility, etc.) or a chronic medical condition. They support the personal and professional development of their members by encouraging the sharing of information and personal insights unique to individuals with disabilities. They also strive to educate others on disability awareness issues.
